2. Services
DentRepairCenter specializes in the professional repair of dental instruments including handpieces, contra-angles, micromotors, technique motors, and related components.
All repairs are carried out by trained technicians using original or high-quality aftermarket parts, depending on availability and customer preference.
3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Eligible EU businesses may benefit from 0% VAT under reverse charge (intra-community transactions).

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

50% of the total amount is due upfront when a project or repair is confirmed; the remaining 50% is payable upon completion.

An invoice is generated automatically via Stripe; additional company details can be added manually or requested.
4. Order & Turnaround Time

Most repairs are completed within 3 to 5 business days from receiving the instrument(s).

Express repairs (within 24–48 hours) may be available depending on workload and inventory.

Free pickup and return delivery is available in select countries via DHL, TNT, or Parcel partners.

We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion if the item is beyond repair or unsafe.
5. Warranty & Liability

Repairs come with a 3 to 12-month warranty, depending on the type of instrument and parts used.

Warranty terms are specified in the quotation or invoice.

The warranty does not cover misuse, improper handling, or damage caused by third parties after delivery.

In the unlikely event of recurring defects within the warranty period, we will re-repair or replace the part free of charge.
6. Returns & Cancellations

If you choose not to proceed with a repair after diagnosis, we will return the instrument free of charge, fully assembled.

Completed repairs cannot be cancelled or refunded unless otherwise agreed.
7. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.

All content on the site is protected by copyright and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
DentRepairCenter is not liable for:

Delays caused by couriers or customs

Financial loss due to downtime caused by a faulty or delayed repair
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Romania and the European Union. Any dispute shall be settled in accordance with EU cross-border commerce regulations and local jurisdiction if required.
